Ioan Dumitrascu co-leads the Commercial Department in Filip & Company. His main specialisations are Employment law, Restructuring & Insolvency, and privacy matters. He gained also extensive experience in private equity deals, Corporate and M&A, and public procurement. Ioan has assisted clients concluding successful projects in automotive, energy, retail, food& consumer goods, pharma, telecom, financial services, or IT. Highlights include advising on the employment law aspects related to the successful integration of two important players on the telecom market, acquisition by a major bank of a direct competitor followed by the integration of over 1000 employees, or advising on the transfer of undertaking aspects resulting from the sale of a significant retail network to its distributors.
