Alina Stancu Birsan heads the Finance department and the Energy practice of Filip & Company. Her practice focuses on M&A and finance, as well as regulatory work. Her experience covers sectors such as financial services, energy, and infrastructure, where she advised on some of the most noteworthy deals. She frequently advises investors, sponsors, lenders, and contractors on a wide range of matters (including financing transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, regulatory and contractual matters).
