DR. CHRISTIAN RAUDA is a specialist attorney for intellectual property law, a specialist attorney for copyright and media law and legal counsel for the German Internet Association. From 2005 to 2008, he worked as a lawyer in his own law firm and in a national media law firm. Since 2008 he has been a partner in the media law firm GRAEF Rechts-anwälte. He is author of numerous legal books and lecturer at the Johannes-Gutenberg University Mainz and the Hamburg Media School. Main areas of expertise: Copyright, trademark and competition law, games.
