Adv. Elad Chen is a partner at the firm and specializes in all the varied aspects of civil and commercial litigation.

Adv. Chen has extensive experience in dealing with complex disputes before all courts in Israel, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Among other issues, Adv. Chen handles corporate control contests among shareholders in companies, disputes and disagreements in the field of corporate law and insolvency law, as well as large-scale financial lawsuits in all areas of commercial law.

Furthermore, Adv. Chen has broad experience in representing shareholders, officers and directors in derivative actions and class action suits, on both consumer and economic issues.
