Emmanuel is one of the founders of the Firm.

His expertise focuses on White-collar crime. He also has a regular practice in Commercial law and Press law.

His daily practice covers prevention and management of criminal risks (compliance, international corruption, misuse of corporate assets, etc.), support for managers in crisis situations (internal alerts, media pressure, legal proceedings) and the development and optimisation of internal tools (delegation of powers, contractual mechanisms, internal training, etc.).
