Pernille is a member of the Firm’s board of directors. She also serves on the board of directors of Astralis Group and Trophy Games.

Pernille is approved to certify and sign the 1-year report which all providers of gambling must submit to the Danish Gambling Authority in order to prove that betting and online casino is being provided in accordance with their licences and the Danish Gambling Act.

Pernille heads our Regulatory practice and is on the Firm’s board of directors.

Pernille provides advice within all legal aspects of corporate compliance, and she has extensive experience within competition law related to M&A. She engages in antitrust investigations and handles cases on abuse of dominant positions as well as merger filings and negotiations with relevant competition authorities in connection thereto, including coordination in cases where the same transaction is to be filed and processed in many different jurisdictions.

Pernille has extensive experience within Foreign Direct Investments. She engages in global foreign investment control review processes and filings in the context of corporate transactions.

Pernille advises Danish and international clients on contractual relationships in a national and global context. She has in-depth experience within a wide range of commercial contract types, including agency agreements, sales and distribution, supply agreements, and franchise agreements.

Further, Pernille advises a broad range of Danish and foreign businesses on IT and technology transactions and projects.
