Oscar is a partner in the Corporate law / M&A practice since 2022. Before joining HEUSSEN in 2022, he worked for among others Simmons & Simmons LLP where he was a partner from 2015 until 2019.

Oscar is a member of the Royal Notaries Organization (KNB).

Oscar is a civil-law notary and partner in the corporate law practice. He has extensive experience in various aspects of corporate law, and specializes in both domestic and cross-border restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, investment rounds, employee participations, legal mergers and demergers.
