Lamiaa has more than 20 years of experience in various fields and roles in the legal industry. Lamiaa is both the head of Sharkawy & Sarhan’s Employment & Social Insurance practice and the Leading Partner of our growing Fintech & Payments practice. She is also an active member of our general corporate team.

Lamiaa handles client matters pertaining to digital regulation, e-signature, doing business online and in brick and mortar, as well as all matters relating to managing the workforce including in the context of M&As. She works with major corporate institutions and technology companies on various commercial and regulatory projects and legal issues. She has a diversified practice in various areas of the law, which spans corporate law, employment law, M&As, dispute settlement, NGOs, knowledge management and legal automation.

Lamiaa also spearheads the firm’s digital transformation and innovation efforts. She manages our document automation initiatives as well our transition to becoming a more secure environment.
