Svilen’s expertise includes a wide spectrum of finance and investment issues such as: banks and financial institutions licensing, cross border financings, investment structuring, debt restructuring, security insolvency proceedings, capital market transactions and regulations.

He also specialises in life sciences and healthcare, including marketing authorisation, production, distribution, pricing and reimbursement, pharmacovigilance, advertising and clinical trials.

Svilen has over 16 years of post-qualification practical experience gained in the local offices of large international as well as Bulgarian law firms.
