Her real estate expertise includes investment, financing and acquisition, project development and property management. Antonia has advised some of the largest strategic investors in Bulgaria on compliance with the stringent local environmental regulations.

She has strong expertise in real estate litigation, ensuring the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism and the best possible outcome.

Antonia has also represented automobile manufacturers and suppliers on their market entries by structuring their investments and in various legal aspects.

Antonia has over 20 years of post-qualification practical experience gained in the local offices of large international law firms. Prior to that held a senior position in KPMG, Bulgaria.
