He has rich experience advising local and international clients, including in the energy sector, on various legal aspects related to the development of complex projects, spatial planning development and construction, real estate investments, and corporate and cross-border commercial mattes.

He specialises in national and European energy regulatory issues, energy policy and compliance matters.

He also represents companies in litigation proceedings (commercial, civil and administrative) and in national and international arbitration.

Mladen has over 18 years of post-qualification practical experience gained in the local offices of large international firms as well as in-house.
