Luděk Chvosta is a Partner in the Prague office of Kinstellar and a seasoned practitioner primarily focusing on Czech and English law governed banking and finance work, insolvency and restructuring and related complex litigation matters (including ADR).

Qualified to practice in four jurisdictions, Luděk offers a unique cross-border insight into key financing issues and their business impact. Furthermore, he has been at the forefront of many cutting-edge developments on the local market, from implementing pre-pack restructurings to transposing foreign concepts such as parallel debt structures into Czech law. He has historically acted on some of the most prominent Czech capital markets deals and has represented creditor-side household names in major insolvency proceedings.
