Senior Associate

Tena Pajalić is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. She focuses on commercial and corporate law, as well as banking and finance.

Tena advises on financing projects, particularly on acquisition finance and project finance. She is also regularly involved in corporate housekeeping matters and due diligence processes. Tena also advises on handling personal data, on restructuring and insolvency, as well as on dispute resolution matters.
