Gaukhar has 12+ years of work experience and is an expert in Subsoi Use and Energy laws, including Renewable Energy. She has been advising and assisting oil and gas companies, including applying for all required regulatory approvals and documents. Gaukhar is leading the historic first auction (tender) process for a renewable energy project, where Signum is acting as the only Kazakhstan law counsel on the development of the historic first in Kazakhstan wind energy project auctions aimed at developing the regulatory framework, improving the auction (tender) process and enabling competitively tendered renewables projects in Kazakhstan. 

Gaukhar Kudaibergenova graduated with honors from Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, faculty of International Law (2008) with further LL.M. degree in International Commercial Law from University of Dundee, UK (2010).
