Lawyer Associate - Manager of Innovations and Security divisions.
Experienced lawyer, Marine Hardy joined ITLAW Avocats in 2018. She provides feasibility studies, project audits, compliance and evaluation of new innovative solutions.
In the field of security and cybersecurity, she ensures the teams’ coaching and the audit of enterprise procedures and related contracts. In the event of cyber attacks, Marine Hardy and the firm take any legal action necessary to recover from the crisis and lead the proceedings before the civil and / or criminal courts.
Defence of E-reputation is an issue Marine Hardy secures with different legal actions: defamation and abuse, civil action under ordinary law, enforcement action against technical intermediaries…
As regards consultancy and negotiation of IT projects, she works on systems integration, IT services contracts, implementation of dematerialisation and protection of software creations. In the area of litigation, Marine provides her expertise for the definition and assessment of damages: project drift, ending of IT projects, failure in providing services.
Marine conducts training courses on topics relating to contracts and on innovations related matters, as part of our partnership with professional organisations.
