Partner

Konstantin is a partner with Dinova Rusev & Partners. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in advising foreign investors and Bulgarian companies on both establishing their business in Bulgaria and on a transaction basis, as well as on their day-to-day activities. Konstantin has been advising on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and share purchases where he has in-depth knowledge of the practical aspects and comprehensive approach on identifying problems and providing solutions. Konstantin also has significant Dispute Resolution experience. His practice is focused on tax litigation and contractual disputes.

Prior to joining Dinova Rusev & Partners, Konstantin worked as expert in criminology for the office of the Prosecutor General of Bulgaria, as corporate lawyer for major insurance companies, senior associate for Arthur Andersen and manager of the legal practice of Ernst & Young – AFA Ltd.

He has a degree in European law from the University of Nancy.
