Despina is primarily focused on private M&A transactions in different industries and markets. She provides legal advice and support to clients to achieve their transactional goals in a timely manner. She further assists in the structuring and implementation of corporate transformations of bussiness.

Before joining Platis-Anastassiadis and Associates Law Partnership, Despina worked in a boutique Greek law firm with a focus on corporate and commercial law as well as in the European Union Institutions, namely European Parliament and European Commission, in Brussels, Belgium.

She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2021.

Despina holds a Degree in Law from the Democritus University of Thrace (Faculty of Law, 2018), a master's degree (LL.M.) in Corporate Law and Finance from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Faculty of Law, 2021) and a master's degree (LL.M.) in International Business Law from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Faculte de Droit, 2023).
