Assistant Manager

Nefeli is primarily focused on Healthcare, Pharma and Civil law.  She provides legal advice, consulting and solutions to complex matters to clients in the Healthcare and Pharma sector. She also provides consultation to various departments of healthcare corporations regarding their day-to- day operations so that they comply with bioethics principles.

Before joining Platis- Anastassiadis and Associates Law Partnership, Nefeli worked for a series of years as an in-house counsel at reputable private hospitals and clinics in Greece. She was also appointed for 4 years as a chief legal counsel of a major private clinic in Athens, Greece.  She has judicial practice in the malpractice sector, having represented and defended doctors, healthcare professionals and clinics against lawsuits of medical negligence.

Since 2018 she is a member of Athens Bar Association and is an attorney with the right of appearance in the Court of Appeal.

Nefeli holds a LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace (Faculty of Law, 2016), an MA in Intellectual Property law, Art law and Management from International Hellenic University (2018), an LL.M. from the Maastricht University (Faculty of Law) on International Criminal Law, Forensics and Criminology (2020) and an MSc from the International Hellenic University (Faculty of Medicine & Science) on Bioethics, Pharma, Bioeconomy & Law (2022).
