AVELLUM Advised AGCO on Merger Control Clearance for Acquisition of Cimbria

AVELLUM
acted as the Ukrainian legal counsel to AGCO in connection with obtaining a
merger control clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the
acquisition of Cimbria for EUR310 million.
