AVELLUM Advises AGCO on Merger Control and Concerted Practices Clearances for Acquisition of Precision Planting and Assets Owned by Monsanto Argentina and Monsanto Do Brasil
AVELLUM acted as the Ukrainian legal advisor to AGCO on obtaining a merger control and concerted practices clearances of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the acquisition of Precision Planting LLC and assets owned by Monsanto Argentina S.R.L., and Monsanto do Brasil Ltda. Mentioned entities are used in the development, manufacture, licensing and sale of farming equipment and components used to optimise the performance of planters and harvesting equipment.
