AVELLUM acted as the Ukrainian legal counsel to the Black Sea
Trade and Development Bank (“BSTDB”) in connection with a long-term secured loan to Limited Liability Company “Butsefal” and Prometey Swiss SA in the total amount of up to USD10 million.
Part of the loan proceeds were used for the acquisition of a new
silo in Mykolaiv region (“Mykolaiv Silo”), which has the total storage capacity of up to 62 thousand tonnes and is the first steel silo in the portfolio of Prometey group.
