AVELLUM advises Dobrobut on investment by Horizon Capital

AVELLUM
acted as the legal counsel to Dobrobut, the leading private healthcare services
provider in Ukraine, and its shareholders on the disposal of a minority stake
in Dobrobut to Horizon Capital.

AVELLUM
advised Dobrobut on various aspects of the deal structuring and negotiated the
transaction documents, as well as coordinated completion of the entire
transaction.
