Natalija is a partner at MPPR and the Head of the firm's Privatisation, Projects, Energy, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution and Construction Department with vast experience in providing regulatory, contractual, financing, project development and other related services and legal consulting and she continues to lead the Team in major energy projects, investments and related activities. Natalija has in-depth expertise in the intellectual propety field, i.e., trademark and patent registration, intellectual property protection at both domestic and international level, contractual work, regulations, and other complex matters in the subject field. As the Head of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department, with almost 20 years of experience, she advises both domestic and international high profile clients. She holds vast experience in dispute resolution and litigations, especially in high value disputes. Under Natalija's leadership MPRR's Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department has maintained and better its exceptional track record. Natalija has also provided legal services and advised major domestic and foreign clients in highly complex matters regarding corporate matters with outstanding achievements for almost twenty years and thereby gained the reputation as one of the leading experts for corporate law and commercial law issues in Republic of Croatia.
