Jurica is a partner at MPPR and the Head of Real Estate and Construction Department, with +20 years of experience in the field of real estate and construction projects. Jurica successfully continues to lead the Team, with maximum dedication to strengthening professional expertise in technical, zoning and construction work. He has an exceptional expertise in resolving the most complex issues related to the status of any kind of real estate, as well as in development of real estate projects and obtaining concessions. Furthermore, he has been named a member of the Croatian Parliament Advisory Group for the preparation of new Land Registry Act, and is often a designated member of ad hoc panels on the crucial legal property matters. Moreover, he has also been a member of the working group for preparation of the Land Registry Law.
