Pierre-Gilles Wogue has an extensive national and international practice spanning more than two decades both in transactional and litigation matters, including restructurings and special situations.  He regularly works alongside clients such as groups and companies, financial institutions, banks, and public authorities.

He has participated in the elaboration process of various reforms at the French, European and International level.

Due to his experience in various major cases, he is regularly distinguished in publications such as Chambers Europe Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal or Best Lawyers. As Chambers Europe stated: “He is very up to speed and quite inventive in complex cases. He is a hard-working guy, very balanced and good at building a platform for negotiations.” An interviewee added: “He listens to his clients and goes the extra mile in each and every opportunity to reach a solution.

Partner at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick), and then at Salans (now Dentons), he co-founded Altana with former partners of Rambaud Martel and international law firms.
