Career

After starting her career at the law firm Proskauer Rose, she joined ADVANT Altana when it was formed.

Laetitia Daage specializes in criminal business law and cybersecurity, as well as general business litigation.

She also has expertise in health law and health liability. She advises and represents clients in all phases of pre-litigation and litigation, and regularly provides trainings in criminal liability, cybersecurity and cyber-criminality.

Laetitia Daage advises on corporate criminal litigation and cybercrime, as well as on compliance issues, particularly in connection with the deployment and review of anti-corruption measures under the Sapin 2 law.

She also specialises in the drafting, implementation and roll-out of delegations of authority within companies and business groups. She regularly provides training in criminal liability, delegations of authority, misuse of corporate assets, industrial accidents, cybersecurity and cybercrime.

Laetitia Daage contributed to the drafting of the Club des Juristes report " Criminal Law and Cyber Attacks ", published in April 2021.
