Career

Delphine Lapillonne, Counsel, assists domestic and international clients in commercial litigation, and notably product liability matters.  She represents and advises industrials before various courts (civil, administrative, and criminal), notably in the pharmaceutical sector, in individual and collective claims.

She has developed a strong experience in mass litigation, and is currently involved in two healthcare class actions, including the first pharmaceutical class action in France.

She has notably handled many proceedings concerning requests for compensation in relation to claimants’ development of a disorder due to exposure to substances.

Delphine Lapillonne also intervenes in the handling and coordination of pan-European serial matters.

She also participates in prospective matters, in the context of reflexions and proposals concerning draft bills or the modification of the French legal system.  Delphine Lapillonne’s profile is markedly international as she spent several years in the UK, during which she earned an LL.B from King’s College London, and holds a Master’s Degree in International Private Law from Paris I – La Sorbonne.
