Camille Raclet has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015, when she joined ADVANT Altana.

She practices, both as an advisor and a litigator, intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, patents and designs) and information technology law (notably contract drafting and negotiation and legal assistance in the course of IT and digital transformation projects).

She also advises clients in the field of data protection law, through all types of cases (including audits, implementation of compliance plans, management of security breaches, as well as drafting and review of regulatory documentation), and deals with aspects related to cybersecurity.

She works with French and international clients, in various sectors of activity.

Camille has obtained the CIPP/E certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe) and is a member of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles).

She is a member of the commission "Web 3 and artificial intelligence" within Advant Altana.
