Michel Jockey is highly respected by market sources for his long-standing experience in Commercial and Corporate Litigation, French restructuring and insolvency matters. He specializes in the prevention and treatment of companies facing financial difficulties, mainly involving large-scale operations of major French and international groups. His clients also rely on his expertise in the area of external growth, sales operations and strategic corporate litigation.

He is an active member of working groups organized under the auspices of the First President of the Paris Court of Appeals.

Partner at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick), he joined Salans (now Dentons) in 2006 and was among the founding partners of ADVANT Altana since 2009. Practicing law since 1978, Michel graduated from the Institute of Judicial Studies of the Paris Universities.
