Career

François Muller assists contractors and industrialists in their projects and disputes, especially in relation to public procurement contracts, JV agreements, construction law, and subcontracting, as well as judicial review of calls for tenders and the filing and litigation of claims in that respect. His clientele encompasses the engineering & construction sectors, the defense and nuclear industries, and railway material manufacturers.

He has acted as counsel in arbitration procedures, whether administered (ICC, European Development Fund (“EDF”)) or ad hoc.

François Muller is a lecturer at the University of Paris II (Panthéon Assas) and a member of the Association Française d’Arbitrage (French Arbitration Association).

Admitted to the Paris bar in 1999, François Muller practiced at Rambaud Martel (1999) and Proskauer Rose (2005) before joining ADVANT Altana as a partner upon its creation in 2009.
