Tena is an attorney with 10 years experience and a Senior Associate at Law Firm Glinska & Mišković. She advises clients from a wide range of industry sectors in corporate, real estate and regulatory matters.

Over the last few years, her focus has been on advising clients on cross border M&A transactions, mostly on the buy-side mandates. Her work includes preparation of legal due diligence reports, structuring of M&A transactions, negotiating transaction documents and managing teams during all phases of the transactions. She also frequently advise shareholders on regulating their relationships via shareholders' agreements and joint venture agreements.

Tena has valuable knowledge and experience in the energy sector and is also a member of our core energy team.

Her previous experience includes work on project finance and NPL transactions.
