Position
Karen De Clercq is a senior associate specialised in M&A, private equity, trade sales and real estate transactions. With a substantive knowledge and understanding of company law Karen assists, founders, buyers, sellers, and private equity funds on transactions in Belgium and abroad.
Education
Karen obtained her law degree in 2013 at the University of Ghent (UGent) and did an LLM Corporate Law in 2017 at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). Karen is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2013.
