Before joining the law office, she worked in an international law firm based in Budapest. She obtained an LL.M. degree in Banking Law and Capital Markets. Since 2019 she has been a core member of the banking & finance and capital markets departments of Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori Law Office. She became a partner in 2022. She has gained significant experience in complex financial transactions, assisting financial institutions in negotiations. In addition, she has advised banks and other financial institutions, including fintech companies, relating to regulatory questions. She has also participated in securities issuance projects, including listing public companies and transforming private companies into public companies.
