Career

Specializes in commercial and investment arbitration; experienced in prosecuting international arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining the Firm, Dr. Alameldin represented clients in a broad range of arbitration matters before leading arbitral institutions, including ICSID, ICC, LCIA, and CRCICA.

Education

Dr. Alameldin completed a first L.L.M from Robert H. McKinney School of Law, USA, and a second L.L.M (M2) from University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Paris, France. He also received an LL.M. (Magistère) in International Business Law, (First Class Honours) at l’Institut de Droit des Affaires Internationales [IDAI], Egypt. Dr. Alameldin also completed an L.L.B and two Postgraduate Diplomas in Private Law and in Economic Laws from Alexandria University, Egypt. Dr. Alameldin also completed the “Private and Public International law Summer Courses” at the Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands.
