Irina has more than 16 years of experience in practicing law in Cyprus. Her expertise lies in corporate and commercial law and, since 2003, includes handling major investment transactions via Cyprus into the Russian and CIS countries markets. She has served as a legal consultant to major Russian Banks regarding their international financial transactions.

Irina was educated at Moscow State Academy of Law before passing her exams to practice Law in Cyprus. Since then she has received her licence as an Insolvency Practitioner in Cyprus and her MBA.

She worked as a Legal Consultant at Chrysses Demetriades; Head of the Legal Department at ZAO “Cargotrans” Moscow; Senior Lawyer of the Transport and Logistics Department at GK “Rosvooruzhenie” Moscow; Legal Consultant and Advocate Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Chrysses Demetriades before becoming an Advocate Director at Costas Tsirides & Co. LLC.
