Václav Mánek works at DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS as an attorney and has been a partner since 2024. He began his legal career at the firm in 2014 as a legal assistant, continuing as a junior associate and later as an attorney.
Václav provides legal support to clients, including leading Czech and international companies, banks, and insurance companies. He has participated in numerous significant projects in the Czech Republic and abroad.
For both banking and non-banking clients, he offers advice on all aspects of acquisition, operational, and club financing. In his litigation practice, he regularly represents clients before courts and arbitration tribunals in complex cases, often with an international element. He also represents clients in intricate insolvency proceedings, including major reorganizations.
