Position

Dana Amir-Fried is a partner at our Class Actions and Litigation Department, specializing in class action suits and civil commercial law.

Dana represents clients in complex and high-profile litigation cases conducted in courts, in arbitration and mediation proceedings in a variety of practice areas and issues including communications, contracts, intellectual property, corporations, consumer protection, antitrust, privacy protection, labour law and regulation.

Dana specializes in representing defendants in class action lawsuits in various fields (food and retail, telecommunication, software).

Dana represents our clients in proceedings before government ministries, including the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Consumer Protection and Fair-Trade Authority.

Dana provides ongoing consultation and legal support to the firm clients in their day-to-day business, on regulation, commercial engagements, labour law, franchising, intellectual property and consumer protection.

Dana participates as a speaker at conferences, panels and lectures in the field of class actions, inter alia, on panels of the Bar Association, before members of the ACC Israel – Association of Corporate Counsels, and before students at academic institutions.

Dana co-heads the firm’s intern recruitment and training programme.

Dana was recognized as a recommended lawyer by The LEGAL 500 international ranking guide for her achievements in the fields of Dispute Resolution – Class Actions and Communications Law.
