Andrea is an associate at Michael Damianos & Co LLC. Her practice focuses on banking and finance and corporate related matters.

Since qualifying, Andrea has been involved in banking and finance work, including between others the structuring/documentation of all aspects of transactional work and taking security in Cyprus. Apart from banking and finance, Andrea has also been involved in aspects of company law and corporate related matters, including the carrying out of due diligence reviews of Cyprus companies, as well as the provision of advice on the perfection and enforcement of security documents.

She is a law graduate of the University of Reading and has obtained an LL.M in Maritime Law from City, University of London.
