Federico’s experience covers a wide range of products within debt capital markets, focusing on offers and listings of debt securities and securitized derivatives, both for international and Italian clients, including EMTN, Eurobonds, retail domestic programmes and standalone prospectuses, as well as on liability management transactions. He has gained broad experience in the equity capital markets sector including IPOs, share capital increases and public tender and exchange offers of shares. He lectures at the University of Turin in Commercial Law and IP and is the author of several publications in this field.
