Giuliana focuses in debt restructurings, assisting corporates and financial institutions. She also gained experience in acquisitions and disposals of companies and business units, investments and joint ventures in the industrial (particularly food industry), real estate and energy sectors, assisting both on the corporate / M&A aspects, and in the transactions’ financial structure. Giuliana also worked as transaction manager and senior officer in the Italian branch of an investment bank active in the real estate market, assisting primarily on real estate financings, project finance (particularly in the energy sector) and acquisition and corporate finance.
