Specialised in structured finance, Camilla has gained extensive experience in securitisation transactions involving a wide range of asset classes. She has advised, in particular, banks, servicers and funds on innovative transactions involving non-performing exposures (including leasing) and banks and servicers on the creation of servicing platforms for the management, value enhancement and disposal of such assets. She has also assisted banks in connection with securitisation transactions benefiting from the Italian Sate guarantee (GACS). Camilla has also gained experience in factoring transactions, covered bond programmes, on regulatory issues applicable to the banking and finance sectors, and on financing and debt restructuring transactions, both domestic and international.
