Elmar Zwick

Elmar is a partner of LMCR. He assists Italian and foreign industrial clients as well as banks and private-equity funds in relation to M&A and corporate finance deals. He also advises on commercial and corporate matters. He has developed extensive experience providing advice on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong track-record in assisting Italian clients in the internationalization of their activities. Furthermore, being of German mother tongue, Elmar regularly assists German clients in their investments in Italy.

Elmar graduated from Bocconi University in 2004.
