Clemens von Zedtwitz is a Partner at gbf Attorneys-at-law Ltd specialising in insurance coverage litigation and arbitration. He focuses his practice on the resolution of large and complex claims from the London and international insurance market, and in the defence of claims against companies and their directors that are insured under all types of liability insurance policies. He also advises and represents insurance and reinsurance companies and brokers in their engagement with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Clemens von Zedtwitz holds a degree (Dr iur) from the University of St Gallen (thesis awarded with the Prix d'Excellence by the Swiss Society of Tort and Insurance Law) and a postgraduate degree (LLM) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is also a Certified Specialist Swiss Bar Association (SBA) Tort and Insurance Law
