Position
Lars Gerspacher is a partner at gbf Attorneys-at-law Ltd and specialises in insurance and reinsurance law, and transport and trade law, with a particular focus on aviation and shipping. He often represents clients in international arbitration proceedings, and is always on hand to assist insurers and reinsurers in setting up their business in Switzerland and to advise them subsequently in their transactions.
Education
Lars Gerspacher read law at the University of Zurich in 1997 and obtained his LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton in 2003.
