Andreas Staudigel works as a lawyer and specializes in litigation. He focuses in German and European patent law. Due to his previous work as a public prosecutor and judge, he has extensive litigation experience. Andreas Staudigel has represented national and international clients in numerous cases before district courts, higher regional courts and the Federal Patent Court in the fields of telecommunications, software and automotive, among others.

After studying at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and the University of Rostock, he completed his legal clerkship in Berlin. He worked there as a public prosecutor and judge from 2011. Andreas Staudigel has been working as an attorney since 2018 and worked for an international law firm specializing in patent law in Mannheim before joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER.
