Her practice areas mainly include contentious and non-contentious commercial, corporate and financial proceedings. In particular, she has experience in financing arrangements, debt restructuring, corporate acquisitions and commercial agreements. She also assists clients with litigation  before the courts and in arbitration proceedings, in the same areas of expertise, in both a domestic and international context. She was a member of Craca Pisapia Tatozzi until December 2013 and before that worked for a leading Italian law firm, dealing with capital market and structured finance transactions. In 2015 she received an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
