He works primarily on corporate governance, securities regulation and banking and corporate law. He has also a long experience in M&A, financial and debt restructuring transactions and in counselling companies with respect to their relations with Supervisory Authorities and market abuse regulation. Before joining the firm in 2016 he worked for distinguished international and Italian law firms in Italy and Russia.
