His practice areas include civil and commercial litigation and national and international arbitration proceedings. He has experience in domestic and cross-border corporate reorganizations (mergers, acquisitions, co-investment agreements and sales of business divisions) and contract-drafting, as well as insolvency procedures and debt restructurings. He was a member of Craca Pisapia Tatozzi until December 2013 and before that he worked for leading domestic and international firms.
