After working for other Viennese top-tier law firms, Gernot joined Müller Partner as equity-partner in 2016. He regularly advises listed companies and banks in capital markets transactions, regulation and corporate/M&A-issues. One third of all prime market issuers (i.e. the largest listed companies in Austria) trust in his abilities. Gernot is also regularly booked as lecturer for advanced training courses and regularly publishes in his fields of expertise.

Last but not least Gernot is chairman of the supervisory board of the regulated bond broker CMTA AG and board member of the famous Austrian soccer club SK Austria Klagenfurt.
