Mathias Ilg joined Müller Partner in 2016. He is part of the Construction Law Practice Group and focuses on providing advice in the area of construction contract law. He supports and advises contractors both in the drafting and execution of national and international construction contracts and in the enforcement of claims (in particular claims for additional costs) as well as in the defense against claims of the client. This also includes representation in (arbitration) court, arbitrator and conciliation proceedings. Special emphasis is placed on the interdisciplinary processing of technically and constructionally complex issues together with experts. Mathias Ilg is also the author of specialist articles and lecturer on construction law and contract issues.
